Production

Epix-MPS, which is used for controlling producton, is fully integrated with the order module, purchase module and warehouse management module in Epix. Article structures can be subdivided into an unlimited number of levels for articles and operations. Variants can also be defined in an unlimited number of levels for every article level in the structure.

Functions in Epix-MPS:

• Gross and net requirements calculations.
• Presentations of utilisation and replanning possibilities.
• The ability to combine production orders into production batches.
• Reporting of produced and discarded units, production times, stop times, lead times, etc..
